Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned wool items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
